The Rose and Shield
Lutheran and Episcopal Campus Ministry at Agnes Scott College
Holy Trinity Parish in cooperation with the Lutheran Church of the Messiah offer regular opportunities for students to come together for fellowship, worship, and service; we call this group the Rose and Shield. Every Wednesday at noon we gather for an informal Eucharist in the first conference room on the first floor of the cafeteria on ASC campus. Various other opportunities for fellowship and service will be offered throughout the year.
We could use your help with transportation, meals, and program ideas. A woman's time in college can be an amazing opportunity for growth and experimentation. It is also a time of discovering one's own values and beliefs. What we as a parish can offer these women is a safe place to grow into who God calls them to be. I invite you to join us in this vital ministry.
