HTPP is now enrolling for all classes for the 2008-09 school year. We are pleased to continue to offer the smallest class sizes and best student teacher ratios of any Decatur preschool, at prices comparable to schools with much larger classes.

**We are also enrolling for Creative Adventures, our art and theater summer camp for ages 2-5. Camps will be held July 14-25. There are four sessions; you may sign your child up for any or all of them. Click here to download a registration form, which also includes more information on the camp.
TOUR INFORMATION
Tours of the school during class sessions are available by appointment through our director’s office.
CLASS OFFERINGS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
We anticipate offering at least one class in each of the categories listed on the table below. Class offerings are contingent upon adequate enrollment. We expect that there will be waiting lists for many classes, so early enrollment is encouraged.
The target sizes for each class reflect the number of children we plan to assign to each class. Actual class size may be slightly more or less than the target number with the director’s discretion, taking into account the best interest of the school, the particular class, and individual students. It is HTPP’s intent to remain the “smaller is better” school in Decatur. All of our classes are designed with that in mind.
Class placements are made by the director in consultation with each child’s parents. While age is an important factor in placement decisions, HTPP does not enforce strict “cut-off” dates for particular classes. Instead, placement decisions are made on a number of factors, including age, maturity level, ability level, class size, curriculum level, class composition and the needs of individual children.
All classes operate from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m on the days indicated below. Additional one-hour lunch extensions are available through our Picnic & Play and Lunch Bunch programs.

OTHER PROGRAMS
Picnic and Play – For our children in five-day programs, an additional daily one-hour extension is available from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Students bring their lunch to school and enjoy a variety of additional activities during their lunch hour. Parents enroll their children in advance and pay a discounted rate of $75 for a month of sessions.
Lunch Bunch – Designed for children in our two and three-day programs, an additional one hour lunch extension is available from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Students bring their lunch to school and have extra play time after school. Parents may purchase blocks of sessions ($40 for 8 sessions or $26 for 4 sessions) or may drop in on an as-needed basis at a rate of $7/session.
Camp Creativity – HTPP has a variety of summer camp offerings available during the weeks of July 14 and July 21. Ask our director, Kay Watkins, for a brochure, or visit our website for more information.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Registration for parents of currently enrolled students begins immediately. In order to be given priority in placement, registration forms and application fees are due no later than FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1.
Open registration for all members of the public begins MONDAY, FEBRUARY 4.
Placements will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration forms and fees may be hand-delivered to the director’s office or mailed to:

Each application should include a registration form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD) and a check for registration fees in the amount of $100.00 payable to Holy Trinity Parish Preschool. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event we are unable to offer your child a placement due to space considerations, your name will be placed on a waiting list and your check will be held (but not cashed) until such time as we are able to offer your child a spot in one of our classes.
Wait lists will be compiled on a first come/first serve basis, and additional classes may be added if demand is sufficient. In the event spaces become available in existing classes, parents will be notified and given the opportunity to enroll based on their position on the waiting list.
